Take more vitamin C and D

As far as immunity is concerned, some supplements are better than others. Take, for instance, vitamins C and D, which are both effective in the body’s battle against viruses, COVID-19 included. Upping the intake of these fortifies the immune system. Sources of vitamin C include papayas, berries, oranges, and kiwis; for vitamin D, bath yourself in the early to mid-morning sunlight.
