Former physical educator Roger Wolfson has taught in schools, held seminars and workshops, trained clients and participants in gyms and public demonstrations, taken several classes, and earned certifications in both physical fitness training and nutrition.
And while Roger Wolfson has since retired from teaching in schools, he has never stopped lending a helping hand to people to accomplish what they set out to do regarding their fitness and health goals. These days, Roger has started a series of articles that explore the many ways of becoming more fit and healthy. Arguably, the most common misconception people have about fitness is losing the weight they want through working out. What they don't realize is that exercise is only a small part of weight loss and overall wellness. Maybe just about 15 to 20% of the total picture. The rest is what people eat. Proper nutrition is more important than anything else when it comes to being healthy and fit.
Roger Wolfson knows how frustrating it is for people to see on the scale that they haven't been making any progress. The sad truth is that a lot of people have quit because of this. However, on the other hand, many others have achieved their lifetimes' body transformations by merely tweaking their diet.
